July 23, 2008
Our Client:
Camelot Communications is the largest independent strategic marketing and media services company in the United States. Camelot’s clients include Southwest Airlines, Blockbuster, 7-Eleven, Compass Bank, Rare Hospitality, Mission Foods, The Bombay Company and Payless Shoesource. Camelot calls upon Farstar for our web design and creative capabilities. Plus, our philosophy of measuring and adjusting fits well with Camelot's constant A/B testing methodologies.
Our Client's Client:
Southwest Airlines is the nation's leading low-fare carrier (number one domestic passenger volume), offering a reliable product with exemplary customer service. The airline currently serves 64 cities in 32 states. SWABIZ is the company's corporate travel unit.
Situation:
Camelot asked Farstar to create two online Flash banner ads (two creative executions of varying sizes, that is) to intrigue the online business audience to learn more about SWABIZ.
Objectives:
To make prospects (business travelers and employers) aware of the newly added ability to self-enroll and self-manage their travel within the SWABIZ program.
Strategies & Tactics:
Working within Southwest Airlines' existing brand voice and identity standards, we set out to create simple-but- effective messages that would entice clicks.
