More About Farstar

January 01, 2008

At Farstar, our motto is "We don't play fair." Which is to say, we've taken the rulebook used by the dinosaur marketing firms and tossed it out the window, off a cliff and into the refuse pile of history next to bloodletting and the pet rock. We were founded on the beliefs that traditional marketing and advertising firms didn't produce enough tangible results to justify their fees, and that those same firms were too slow to embrace the power of technology and its role in marketing.

It's a cluttered world out there. If you don't do something different to stand out, you'll just blend in – and your ROI will be DOA. At Farstar, "something different" is all we do. For example, our Lead Machine technology combines atypical direct marketing campaigns with high customized, highly personalized websites to prompt targeted customers to action at unheard of numbers. Try a Lead Machine and you can expect a five- to ten-fold increase in your qualified responses.

Farstar operates under some unique guiding principles that would be considered downright heretical – or, "unfair" – at traditional agencies:

Sounds good, doesn't it? Well, hold on a second because, to be honest, we're not for everyone. We only work with clients that want an unfair advantage in customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. If we can’t create results for you, we don’t want your money. And we constantly challenge our clients to think differently. This approach seems to be working.  We’ve grown by 250% in the past 3 years and have a client list that many larger firms would envy.

At Farstar, we're not in the business of being cool, marketing hipsters bent on lining our shelves with industry accolades while padding our bottom line with vague "creative fees." We're in the business of achieving unheard-of results for our clients. It may not be fair, but it sure is fun.
